The tie is epoxied onto the slide. I feel confident in their durability but please still handle with care.
If you would like the cord to be shorter you can use pliers to unclamp the bolo tip, cut the leather cord to desired length, and then reattach the tip.
Cord is made from real leather. The cord, tips, and slides are all purchased from small businesses!
The skull is hand sculpted with black mountain clay and surface treated with slips and underglazes.
